Pagination Test

This is a test to show that pagination only works when you have several unique .md files for each chapter or article. Pagination doesn't work for a single markdown file with anchored links.

In this demo Pagination will work for the introduction (readme.md), and will stop working after entering (single-markdown-file.md).
